Convenient and quiet location, hotel and parking weren't busy. The standard room was accordingly to the standard features. However, I was expecting that they provide the disposable slippers and the bottle of the water that is a good level of service for a 4-star hotel.
This hotel is ok. The staff are very good. The main internal restaurant area is reserved for some resident guests, so paying guests have to go to the restaurant/bar across the courtyard. The food is good and a good selection of drinks. It’s located in the Citywest area. Parking available.
Staff are very good and make the hotel a good place to stay, Erica at reception is very good as is Susan in restaurant, food in restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately the mattress we had was terrible, both our backs are killing us this morning and duvet way too heavy for a good sleep.only stayed 1 night so didn't even bother complaining but would not have slept on that bed a 2nd night(room 255)Pity as it's a nice handy spot, with a lovely restaurant but you need to be able to have a good sleep,
