The Adelphi Hotel

As the owner of the Walker Wedding Group photo + video studio, I’ve worked at many venues throughout the region — and since its stunning renovation, The Adelphi Hotel has become one of our absolute favorites in Saratoga Springs. The hotel strikes an incredible balance between historic charm and modern luxury. From a visual perspective, it’s a dream. We always look forward to photographing on the grand staircase, which is one of the most elegant and iconic spots in the building. The library is another favorite — cozy, stylish, and perfect for quieter moments or portraits with a timeless feel. And the deck overlooking Broadway? It’s a beautiful space that adds a real sense of place, especially during cocktail hour or for candid in-between moments with the couple. Weddings at The Adelphi are not only beautiful — they’re smooth and well-run, and a huge part of that is thanks to Connie, the on-site coordinator. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely a joy to work with. Her calm, confident presence helps make the day stress-free for couples and vendors alike. From the getting-ready suites, to the flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner, The Adelphi offers an intimate and elevated experience from start to finish. It’s the kind of venue that photographs beautifully in every direction — and makes each wedding we capture there feel unique and high-end. If you’re considering Saratoga for your wedding, The Adelphi is absolutely worth a visit. From walking in and the chilled prosecco, concierge service for spa appointments, to the beautiful balcony suite, this place is the place to stay in Saratoga Springs! The bathroom was all marble, but it did take some time for the hot water to make it up four floors. The lighting in the rooms is exquisite! Automatic curtains that blackout the room was very considerate. Just wish a bellboy would have taken or even offered, to take up my luggage as my room was down long hallways and then stairs....

Been a patron here for years and we thoroughly adored this joint. It’s perfect for concerts, races, restaurants, pampering, you name it. Lovely rooms and with the new expansion (which we’ve been through the noise over the years), it was worth it in the newly expanded wing. Great restaurants and service (for the most part). But darling Heidi at the front desk, you need to learn how to speak to others properly without coming off as defensive. Guests do not deserve your impatience/hostility and especially when their money goes toward paying your salary. Neither was it necessary and neither was it needed - keep that in mind for all future guests dealing with you directly and indirectly.
