Lovely hotel with great amenities, a great room and a decent location that isn't too far away! A huge thank you to Ethan who so kindly gave us a box of chocolates- they were gorgeous and really made our day! Absolutely wonderful service, thank you so much! ⭐️

Excellent location, very friendly staff, eager to please, OK priced although you have to pay extra for parking, nevermind the £1 tax I found out you have to pay extra if you're from out of town (Tourist tax!). Parking is secure. Hotel is nice and clean offers good tasty breakfast. Rooms are clean and pretty big although in the pictures they look bigger than they are. Also beware, although classed as City View, you might get 1st floor room with windows overlooking outside, which technically is city view but not really 🙃. Despite tiny negatives because I didn't take extra care of the fine prints, it was a very good stay reflected in the rating I gave it.

Booked this to stay overnight for the Billie Eilish concert. Great location, easy to get to and ideal for just a quick overnight stay. Big car parks nearby if you can’t get one in the hotel itself. Staff were friendly, especially the 2 guys on the night shift, didn’t quite get their names. The cons.. Got wrong room initially. Was rectified in short time though. Carpet in the room had quite a few stains. Walls were thin, could hear everything and the city is loud at all times. Was charged twice for my room, however I have just received a refund today as promised. All in all, if you’re looking for a no fuss overnight stay to watch the football or concerts in the city, I would recommend.
