I had a great stay at Alana Malang! The room was super clean and cozy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted fresh every morning. The hotel has a calm and modern atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Facilities were complete and well-maintained. Overall, very comfortable and definitely worth it!
The Alana Hotel is a new hotel very nice and clean rooms. The attention to detail makes it a great hotel experience and the hotel staff will go out if their way to help you. We are a family of five and stayed in the penthouse room with was big enough for us. Thank you Josy, Putri and team!
The service staff that serves us for morning breakfast and service staff at the L11 lounge was super friendly. Overall our stay here for 5 days was excellent. All staff did an excellent job. I shall share and recommend this hotel to my family and friend.
