Good location, I love their Turkish coffee. Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices. The restaurant staffs are very nice and gelpfull, thank you to Mb Zaza, Mbak Imelda, and other staffs. Staff hotel, salah satunya Mbak Ayu Dwi, sangat helpfull dan ramah. Recommended hotel in Surabaya.
One of the best hotels in Surabaya. It’s not that far from the airport and an easy access from anywhere in the city. I have been staying here since 2013. I booked 2 rooms here, 1 for me+ husband and 1 for my younger sister. All the staff, the recepsionists, dining staff and all others were amazing, helpful and friendly. Rooms were great with affordable price in its class! I remember guiding a university ambassador here to this hotel for a short stay when I was working as a part-time guide, the service has not changed and in fact is getting better. Keep up the good work
I had a fantastic stay at The Alana Surabaya. The hotel offers excellent service, comfortable rooms and a great atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. One of the highlights was their drop off service to the airport, efficient, punctual and very convenient. It made my departure stress free. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
