Absolutely Amazing stay. Location wise 10 minute walk to town and couple of minutes from promenade. Service was great from start to finish, was greeted with a warm and friendly approach, room was spotless and facilities were great, had a great night sleep, followed by a flawless breakfast and service. 10 out of 10, would definitely return and recommend

Where do I start? There are so many wonderful things to say about this lovely B&B! . It’s just a brief stroll to the beach, making it an ideal spot for a seaside escape or a base to explore the stunning surroundings of Sussex. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding—truly a highlight of my stay! The staff were fantastic, creating a warm, family-like vibe that really made me feel welcome. If you’re looking for a short stay by the sea, this is definitely a must-visit!

Never bad to say, room a good size we have stayed in much smaller rooms. Host Veronica and Mike were fabulous, breakfast was great, plentiful if you can eat it all. Coffee, tea, water, cookies etc in your room Room was clean, small bar if you want a bedtime drink. Highly recommend Thanks guys if we travel to the South of England again we will sure to look you up Silcocks Canada
