An impeccable place with a very English style, very thoughtful. You feel at home, with comfort and elegance. Every detail is well thought out. We would definitely return and we appreciate the excellent attention of Maribel and Armando in the restaurant. The menu has excellent breakfast and food options.

My wife and I stayed there April 16-18th and had a wonderful time. The hotel was perfect, service was impeccable and a cute resturant. The location is ideal for those who love to walk as in Park Chapultapec is 10 mins away with so many great museums and things to see. Also there are so many amazing resturants in Polanco

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the bathrooms are the best I have ever encountered in any hotel. The location is ideal for tourists who wish to stay in Polanco. So why two stars? Simply put, the service. My wife got food poisoning on our trip—to be clear, NOT from the hotel’s restaurant. I stocked her with supplies before following her request and going out for the day, but while I was out she called the front desk and asked for water, replacement towels, and toilet paper (in lieu of actual room service). After explaining she was ill, and confirming it wasn’t an emergency but would like service in an hour, the staff countered by saying they could come to her in two hours. Which is exactly what they did. For a supposed four star hotel with seemingly ample staff covering just 19 rooms, this is frankly shocking. Bottom line—your stay will probably be great if you don’t need anything. But if you do, my experience suggests they won’t take your actual needs seriously, never mind wants.
