5-Star Experience at The Alexandrian! My recent stay at The Alexandrian was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. Special thanks to Mohamed, Zaniya, and Bella—their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made the difference. They were incredibly accommodating and hospitable, always ready with a smile and willing to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet comfortable, and the service was consistently top-tier. It’s rare to find a place where the team makes you feel not just like a guest, but like family. Highly recommend The Alexandrian for anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, class, and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!

Our hotel stay here for the long holiday weekend of Fourth of July was nothing short of amazing. We were welcome with warm hospitality by the front desk supervisor, Bella, upon check-in. She made sure we were truly taken care of! Sweet treats surprised us when we got in our upgraded 1bedroom suite. The best part is that this hotel is super dog friendly that our husky, Fiona, also has the best time during our stay here. We were constantly followed up with the front desk asking about our stay daily— Chris and Tatiane. Yes it’s true, bed can benefit from a face lift but I was told that the hotel is going through renovations currently so I can imagine this is on their radar! The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Surrounded by good foods and cute boutiques and a short walk to the waterfront. The restaurant at the hotel property— King & Rye had good eats too! On Saturdays, the farmers market is literally across the street! Overall, great place to stay! Thank you for an amazing experience ☺️

Would NOT go here again. Our room had trash in it left from the previous person. The AC on the wall did not control anything. The AC was inaccessible and was set to 63 degrees - making the room pretty much unbearable to be in. The soap dispensers in the shower were not properly fastened to the wall and one of them fell and hit me in the foot, which was very painful. The floor in the bathroom needed a good clean as they looked dirty. Only two of the three elevators worked so getting up and down floors was a very slow process. The water machine in the gym needed a filter changed, so that was nice - not having anything to drink after my workout. I'm not usually picky, and none of this would've bother me much if it wasn't supposed to be the best hotel in the area. On top of all that they surprise you with around $200 worth of "fees". When I booked the hotel, it was $138 per night as advertised - which should total $278. But then it somehow almost doubles when I get there to over $400. I understand taxes and fees and stuff but be upfront and forward about them. This doesn't include the surprise $80 I spent on parking my car in their garage, which wasn't reflected on the bill I posted. This is supposed to be the nicest hotel in the area, but I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms are not worth the hidden price, other than it being a good location.
