The Allure Grand Resort

I had an absolutely amazing experience at resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcome and at home. The room service and food service were both top-notch — everything was prompt, clean, and served with genuine warmth. The food itself was delicious and consistently impressive. I also want to mention great hospitality.They were all so courteous and upgraded us to the most luxurious unit in their property . This support truly enhanced our stay. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

Destination wedding’s best choice. Wonderful place. Thoroughly enjoyed. I am from Pune. I arranged destination wedding of my Son with the bride Ashka on 18 April 2025. I could hardly find any fault. Lovely location, serene environment, courteous staff, great food, clean rooms, cozy beds, nice view from your room and what not. The location at Bahang, 6 km from Manali is just 45 minutes’ drive from the Atal Tunnel. Since start, the booking section staff Lata and Shweta were very helpful with all information ready at hand. On the front desk, Mr. Kapoor was extra helpful in anything you want. Mr. Kuldeep managed the transportation very well. All of my guests were so happy with the quality of food. Full credit goes to Mr. Manu Rajput who was organizing the meals very professionally and on time. He is a wonderful man with great skill. All these was not possible without the great Chef Mr. Gopal Thakur. The restaurant has all beautiful and courteous staff. Always ready to serve you to your choice. I have allergy of Ginger and they managed my food separately taking extra pain even during rush hours. Thanks a lot, to all those whose name I do not know. I met the wonderful owner also with a big dog. He is responsive. He promised to put railing bar on stairs while getting down from reception area to the ground for the old people for which some my relatives complained. Decoration was manged by an outside person Mr. Monu with a beautiful and good-natured lady. He had taken lots of effort to make the event heavenly by organizing Dhol Tasha, Anchor and all the optimum decorations suitable to the particular events. Five star appears to be less for this property.

We had an amazing stay at the Allure Grand Resort. The location is very scenic. The garden is beautiful giving the views of flowing river and mountains. The staff provides amazing hospitality. The food at the restaurant is very appealing. The only issue we faced was with the occasional house-flies in the room. The housekeeping staff was prompt in removing them though. Overall had a great stay!
