The Altruist Business Hotel

🛑🚫Booked the Palladium Room for my elderly parents. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in multiple areas. They have a strict "no visitors" policy and didn't even allow me (the person who booked the room) to step in to help my parents settle. No explanation or courtesy-just a cold "not allowed." For elderly guests, a little assistance and flexibility would have gone a long way. Also, no proper reception or welcome, no one took the time to speak with them in a way that made them feel comfortable. The hospitality was disappointing, especially for a 4-star property. The room was small, and while clean, it lacked the warmth or space you'd expect at this level. Everything felt basic and minimal. I've had better experiences at hotels with less stars but much better service. Not likely to recommend or return.

Nice hotel. Ambiance is very nice..Food is also excellent.. specially service offered by Mr.Raj is excellent. Very polite and nice person. Happy with all services.. will recommend in our office too..

Stayed for one day. Rooms were not as good as I was expecting them to be. They were manageable. Service overall was good. Raj and team served us breakfast and their service was good. It's in a good location. Located on the main road, near Hyderabad convention hall and hospital is also very close to the hotel.
