Ambience is good Just opposite to pashupatinath thats the best part. You can go walking to the temple in 5 min. Rooms are good Just service is slow and food variety is less. Though staff is polite but we need to have patience once ordered anything. I travelled solo. My stay was safe n pleasant for 3 nights.
The rooms are clean and wide enough to feel comfortable .The staffs are so calm and polite. Whatever the money you'll give for the room, it'll be worth it. The receptionist is such a nice human, she is so helpful and the boss lady of complete hotel.
We booked this hotel through a local travel agent. It was one of the worst hotel with no maintenance. The rooms were smelling, bed had full of bugs. Water was smelling. Washrooms are not clean. Forget about tv and other amenities. In winter there is no hot water as well. We stayed there for 3 nights and when asked for hotwater, the staff blackmailed us saying they will give police complaint and nepal police will be on their side. These people are taking advantage of foreigners, threatening if we demand for amenities. It is not even worth staying there for free. Please prefer other good hotel nearby. This hotel was only the black mole in our entire nepal trip.
