The Amala Boutique Retreat

We had an amazing stay at The Amala! The room was beautiful with a private pool. The cleaners came everyday but always came when we were out and about so they didn’t disturb. All the staff were lovely, really friendly and very helpful. I got bali belly on the last night and the hotel driver took me down to the medical centre immediately, waiting for me all night until I was able to leave! Would highly recommend. I really enjoyed my stay at this villa. The place is beautiful, cool, clean, and very comfortable. The location is also super strategic, easy to access and close to many spots. Service was great, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The villa offers complete facilities, including a pool (with both shallow and deep areas), a gym, and a steamer. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the steamer since it took quite a while for the room to heat up, so if you plan to use it, make sure to spare some extra time. The gym is quite small and the equipment is limited (just dumbbells, a treadmill, and a stationary bike), but it’s still decent enough for a quick workout. Parking space is safe and sufficient for both cars and motorbikes. Breakfast was delicious, the juice was fresh, and I personally loved the Nespresso coffee provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d be happy to come back again!

Stayed at the Amala in June this year for 10 days and 10 nights and we felt very looked after from the beginning to end of our stay. The staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and relaxed with 24 hour service. The food and drinks served was all delicious and the amenities were excellent. Felt like royalty staying at the Amala and definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Seminyak, Bali. Always fresh towels and bottled water, villa cleaned daily and a turn down service and bug spray each evening. Had 2 massages during our stay onsite as well as a private cooking class which were very enjoyable and relaxing. If we had any questions or issues they were addressed promptly and efficiently. Could not find a fault if I tried. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating. Was neatly tucked away off the busy streets of Seminyak so you definitely felt like you could relax. 10/10 😊
