A 5 stars hotel provides with an excellent service and considerate privacy to each customer while stay. Stay room with a King size bed which is extremely comfortable . There are many different types of pillows you can choose from, just tell the front desk to prepare for you. Love to their swimming pool and sauna on the 16th floor. Normally you can enjoy the pool with less crowds in off peak hours. Due to the renovation on 28th floor, hotel arranged customers to have set breakfast on the 3rd floor Ukai-Tei. Even it is a breakfast set, the menu offers lobster for breakfast! Luxury ! Hotel will change the management under Marriott on August 1, not sure they will keep the high standard as before. I highly recommend to stay in Silks Club for whoever likes to experience high edge service.

Despite the name, this is not a private club but a very well-run luxury hotel. The registration staff are versed in different languages while the rooms are modern, comfortable and well-accessorized. I do agree with a previous review commenting that the lobby is quite dark, feels a bit sterile and could be more welcoming. I particularly liked the gym, sauna area and pool. There's something extra-stimulating about swimming laps while outdoors on the 16th floor. The sauna itself has a hot tub, cold tub, steam room and dry sauna. Location is quite convenient – an easy five minute walk to the nearest subway station.

My wife and I stayed for several days during our birthdays and had a wonderful time. Rooms are clean and well laid out. The staff was especially wonderful and knew how to make an already great experience magical.
