The Ananta Udaipur

Ananta Resort in Udaipur is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature. Spread across 96 acres, the resort is built on the slope of a hill, which gives it a unique charm. From the room balconies, you get a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. It feels like you’re living close to nature, with greenery and fresh air all around. The resort has nearly 300 well-maintained rooms and offers all modern facilities. It also has several banquet halls and meeting rooms, making it a great place for business conferences, weddings, or large gatherings. For big events, the open lawn is perfect – spacious and scenic. The food served at Ananta is tasty, with a good variety for everyone’s liking. Another highlight is the two themed swimming pools, which add to the fun and relaxing vibe of the place.

Overall good experience. The check-in was a little hassle as there was some corporate event going on due to which the hotel was full and the reception had busses full of people. Apart from this the stay was great. Rooms were excellent. Staff were helpful too. Breakfast buffet had plenty of items to offer. Highly recommend once!

Ananta Resort, Udaipur has a beautiful, green environment and spacious rooms. The tram ride to the rooms is a nice touch, and there are good activities for kids like paintball. However, the hot water wasn’t sufficient, and the swimming pool area had a bad smell and needed better cleanliness. The food was just okay, not up to five-star standards, though I appreciated the pure vegetarian buffet. The staff at reception could be more welcoming. Great for a short stay, but the resort could improve on a few key points.
