We had a meal here which we really enjoyed. Menu is a nice mix of classics and more creative dishes and includes some really good vegetarian options. I loved the enoki tempura.
Just had a lovely night's stay here for £130 for b and b. The room was spotless and comfy, staff welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous- set us up all day it was so plentiful! Choice of fruits, cereals, croissants and bread and then cooked breakfast. Daz had his normal full English with eggs, bacon, sausage black pudding, fried bread, beans , hash brown, tomato and mushroom and I had the vegetarian of veg sausage, fried bread, hash brown, spinach, tomato, mushroom, and beans . Honestly could only manage a biscuit for lunch as we were still full!! Dog friendly, plenty of parking (remember to log in and give reg) and helpful staff none of whom seemed to be over 30! Am I getting old?🤔
Good food but had to wait quite a while for it! Even though busy the service was very slow. People who had came in quite a while after us got served first. Lots of space in the bar & outside. Parking in the street at parking meter. Dogs allowed.
