We recently hosted a company event at The Ankara Hotel on July 12–13, and we were truly impressed with the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-equipped. What stood out the most was the outstanding level of service. The staff were extremely friendly, and proactive in responding to our needs. Their willingness to assist and their positive attitude made all the difference. In particular, we are deeply grateful for the strong support from the hotel’s General Manager, as well as the Hotel Manager - Melike, Restaurant Manager - Kemal Aral, and all other team members. Their dedication, flexibility, and high level of cooperation played a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of our event. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at The Ankara Hotel for your support!

It was ok until the last morning when I found I was one of the few staying. They moved what had been a reasonable buffet breakfast to reception and told me to sit down and they would bring me breakfast. Not allowed any input as to what I might like. 95 % of what was on my tray was high salt, high sugar and high nitrates so my breakfast was a tomato and half a cucumber and glass of tea. Definitely a lack of customer consideration or concern barely enough to cover a tablet that critically must taken with food. The guy on reception appeared shocked.

I’ve stayed at this hotel four times this year, showing clear loyalty. However, my current experience is incredibly disappointing. I was given a room right next to the food court, where the noise level was unbearable—people practically walked into my space, leaving me with no privacy and constant disturbances. When I requested a room change, the reception staff was unprofessional and refused to accommodate my request. I was planning a two-week stay next month, with this hotel as my first choice, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. It’s a shame how poorly loyal customers are treated."
