The place was very nice. The rooms were bigger than I expected. Very neat and clean. I think it is not very old so every thing looked very clean and new. Convenient location near Wong Chuk Hang station. Only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. I stayed for three days and all three days it was the same. There is some standard items like eggs , breads juice etc but At least one item should be changed every day in main items. Food was on down side for me.

Our two weeks stay was truly exceptional, despite a minor issue with the room on day 1, which was promptly and courteously resolved. Special thanks to Yvonne at the front desk and Josephine in housekeeping for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. The rooftop edgeless pool is such a nice spot to get away from the city noise. We look forward to returning with our dog on our next visit. Highly recommended!

I was really disappointed with the so-called city view room when I first checked in - it was a view of a dilapidated factory building just a stone's throw away. I was awakened by the intermittent rumbling sound from the toilet tank at about 11 o'clock on the first night. I complained to the customer service - the repairman cleared the water tank once, but the sound was temporarily gone, and said that he could not hear the sound. The attitude was very bad - as if he said I was lying. I asked him to stay a little longer - 5 minutes was not enough to settle the matter? I asked for follow-up, and he asked me to call continuously to ask for processing. Should I complain and not sleep if there was a sound in the middle of the night? This birthday trip was very disappointing. The staff who moved the room for me was very good, helping to carry the luggage so that I would not be in a hurry. The receptionist on the ground floor was very kind and helpful. It was raining heavily when I left and helped to carry the luggage to the taxi.
