We had a great four night day. I was a little concerned about the many poor reviews, but no complaints on our end. The room was large and comfortably furnished, perfectly clean, and had all the usual amenities. We had a view straight out to Beacon Street and the T, but the windows are glazed and we heard little Traffic. Housekeeping arrived a little late for my taste each day, but the hotel was completely full so they cannot clean all rooms first thing in the morning. The breakfast has many selections and all the food was fresh. The location, right across from a T stop, was perfect, and the green line runs very frequently.id happily book here again.

Absolutely do NOT stay here! False advertisement. I intentionally booked a king interior room, and the pictures on their website is not the room you will receive. 2 people staying in a room and we were given one wash cloth and there was no coffee maker in the room as advertised. I went to the front desk and was told that there are no rooms that look like the pictures shown online. Then was asked, “what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for the manager and was told they were gone for the day and was told they would be back at 9 in the morning. Then another gentlemen was upset with his room while I was down there and the guy at the desk told the guest he didn’t appreciate his attitude! What kind of customer service skills are those? The next morning I went back down and asked for the manager, was told they wouldn’t be in until 10:00, then was asked what’s the problem? That’s not how you respond again. Poor customer service, false advertisement, and a surprise $134 charge to my card and don’t know why. Definitely will NEVER stay here again.

When we walked in it was 80 degrees and the ac in my room was not turning on. So I asked for Maintenance, the guy spent 30 minutes just looking at it not even trying to fix it. Eventually was given a new room but downgraded to a smaller room plan and was met with attitude and no apology. Was told if we wanted the same room type we would have to pay extra. Place is pretty nice but front desk workers need some customer service training.
