The Aristo Seaview Patong

The hotel is new..That's it..They do not have proper staff..Receptionist is not at all welcoming...As soon as we checked they asked for the 4 day amount in advance..we paid that, however they did some mistake while calculating the amount of just 200 Bhat..we were very tired after traveling but they had no courstsey to adjust it later with the restaurant bill..anyways we paid the balance amount and proceed..Next we booked for corner suite sea view room..however there was no view as such in the entire property...the view is now getting blocked by some hoarding and you literally have to find a spot to take a simple click...we were given two rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor..again for a property of this level we expect lift...however, it became a task reaching out room..it would have been better if we would have taken a garden view room instead as anyways they were on the ground floor and we would not have to exercise unnecessarily for a sea view room..where all you can see is restaurant roof and a small distant sea...anyways moving further we planned to do swimming as that is the only activity you can do in this hotel..but you can not find a waiter at the pool side...we were however able to find the guy who cleans the swimming pool..who asked us straight away to not jump in the lower side of the pool as he was cleaning it at around 5PM. I understand cleaning is the regular process but if you do not allow your guests to swim after 7 PM, why do you disturb them at around 5PM. Anyways as soon as I asked that guy cleaning the pool to call the manager he backed off and said he will clean it later...further I asked him to send someone to take the order...but wow we waited for around 45 mins before one person came in just to inform us that they do not have any vegan / vegetarian option available. This clearly shows the poor management of the hotel. We are still to spend 2 remaining nights out of 4 nights..I hope they improve.

Stay away from this developer!!! They steal $, steal furniture, steal owner's personal belongs, steal sinking fund $, don't pay rental guarantees. They don't clean or repair anything. They belong in jail.

This hotel is far from the city and no taxi can be arranged. The restaurant in the hotel is always closed for dinner
