I had a pleasant experience. The suite was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient. The entertainment facility was varied and enjoyable especially the pools and the kids water park. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety of options. It is a great choice for travelers looking for good value and comfort. I would definitely consider staying here again. I would like to especially thank and appreciate the reception staff for their kind treatment, quick accommodation, and understanding of guests' needs, providing them with ease and comfort. Their professionalism truly made a difference during my stay.

My son Yousef enjoyed much at the kids club. Special Thank for the staff Rhodora was extremely helpful excellent staff she took care of my son very well since from the first day we arrived at the resort. Very attentive. Excellent job. A one day vacation at this hotel was unforgettable visit. Starting from the reception, you could tell how professional they were. The kids pool was very nice and also the guards were very helpful and friendly. The room we had wasn’t very clean though Rodora was the best at the kids club. She was very friendly and kind with all kids and even the their parents as well. 👍🏼
