The staff were incredibly friendly and professional—always going above and beyond to assist us. They were so helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast experience was exceptional, not only because of the delicious food but also thanks to the stunning view that made every morning feel special. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Started my holiday in Turkey with this hotel in Istanbul and I am so glad that I did - I experienced the friendliest staff and most impeccable service here. At Check-in, a kind hotel employee (whose name i have unfortunately missed) helped us to ensure that we were paying the right fare to the cab that we had just taken from the airport. From this point, till the time we left the hotel 4 days later, we have had the privilege to meet the warm hotel staff and really understand how hospitable Turkey is! The rooms are wonderful with large windows and all amenities placed. Linen is fresh, clean and new. The hotel has the perfect location since it is close to Taksim as well as the metro/tram/bus/ferry terminal within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast at the hotel is a must have! High quality ingredients with a great mix of fresh items to order, including the local menemen and borek, or vegan toast if needed. Special thanks to Mert, Batikan, Ali & Fuat for our experience at the restaurant :) Thank you Safitri for keeping our rooms sparkling clean! And of course, thank you to Dogukan for giving us the best possible rooms at check-in, and Aziz for a super smooth checkout :)

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are helpful. My complaint is that the air conditioning shuts off in the middle of the night. You go to sleep at 20 degrees but start waking up over heated and find the ac off and the room 26 degrees. The rooftop restaurant , Topaz, has delicious food but is very formal and pricy.
