Stayed for a whistle stop weekend break. Chose hotel as reasonably priced and decor pleased my horse obsession. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked bags in to store very early and staff were happy to help. They even gave us a take away coffee from breakfast buffet! Rooms were a great size, clean and tidy (only thing missing perhaps would be tea/coffee facility but we weren’t in room enough to miss it).The breakfast buffet was stocked really well. Lots of cafes and bars in the area but rooms were remarkably quiet (ours faced the main street with a nearby nightclub and we weren’t disturbed). Easy walk to river front or quick jump on the nearby UBahn. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for just one night after a late flight to cologne. Check-in was alright man at front desk was too casual did not explain much about anything . Rooms is clean and spacious no issues with room. Listed as having Sauna when booking but it’s only available few days a week . Massive Gym in basement of hotel, loads of equipment and good . Good session in gym only issue is it’s boiling hot in gym and not air conditioning whatsoever. Close location to shops and eateries.

The hotel is very well located, with supermarkets and restaurants conveniently nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, it lacked some basic amenities such as an electric kettle, tea/coffee supplies, cutlery or glasses, and an iron. There was also no in-room phone to contact reception, which felt quite unusual. While these missing essentials were a bit inconvenient, our stay was short (2 nights), so overall, it was manageable.
