We had a Park Suite room, overlooking the Capitol Records building. Room and bathroom were spacious with a comfortable bed and seating area. Very attractive but not overdone decor. Lemon Grove Restaurant served a nice lunch at its rooftop location. Gym was well outfitted and clean. Location is great, when in Hollywood.
I stumbled upon this hotel because I was going on KTLA news early in the morning and I needed somewhere close. To say I’m impressed is an understatement! From an easy check-in, to a gorgeous room that overlooked the pool at an amazing price, phenomenal food in the restaurant as well as room service, this hotel is an absolute gem and we will definitely be back! A big shout out to Chris as well as everyone at the front desk for making our stay so special
We stayed a night at the Aster when we were going to a concert at the Avalon Theater, which is right next store (literally steps away). The Aster is on the pricier side of hotels we've stayed at, but the location was perfect for us. The rooftop bar was convenient, had a great view, the food was quite good, and the staff was super friendly. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience, and we'd stay here again if we had an event in the area.
