A beautiful hotel with a fabulous location! We had just a couple of nights in London and this was the perfect stay. Our rooms were cozy and comfortable, with gorgeous Molton Brown bath products. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to William for being so helpful both before and during our stay. His help with coordinating transportation and recommendations during our visit really made our stay wonderful. We will definitely return for our next stay in London.

The most amazing lunch experience today! Sat outside and got to chat with “Daniel” who was the doorman today. He and the rest of the 116 Restaurant staff could not have been more friendly! Would highly recommend and will stay here next time. It seemed like a family-style quaint place with an amazing location. Good was superb also! Would love to post pics but won’t let me.

The welcome at the spa could’ve been warmer—something as simple as a smile would have made a difference. The hosts seemed pretty glum. The changing rooms were extremely cramped, and many of the lockers were broken, so it took a while to find one that worked. You’re only given one robe, which meant heading to my massage in a damp, cold robe after using the facilities—not ideal. It would be great if fresh robes were offered post-spa use. Additionally there’s no place to hang a towel/robe when showering (just add a simple hook outside the door!). The spa facilities themselves were underwhelming and also quite tight on space. There’s a hot tub, sauna, and steam room, along with some chairs to sit on—though loungers would have made it more relaxing. The massage was the highlight of my visit. I chose the “Work It Out” massage, and my therapist Doreen was lovely. Again a downside, the room was quite cold; though I asked for the AC to be turned off, this took a while as the therapist isn’t given the controls. I’m sure there are better spas available that would feel more relaxing and worth the price.
