I had booked 3 rooms (404, 406 and 408). Check-in was smooth. Looking at the entrance and lobby, it looks nice. Stepped inside the room, 1st room - AC was working very poorly, and I had to complain so many times. In spite of reminding them, complimentary water bottles were not given. There was no hot water in the morning, and I had to wait for it till 11 am. 2nd room - Dripping of water from AC. No hot water. 3rd room - Full of electricity problem. The power switched off all of a sudden when kettle was used. TV did not work because of a loose connection. Flush was not working properly. Breakfast was good, hotel staff were polite and the pool was clean.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend The hotel is quite old and poorly maintained. The rooms were not in good condition, and the linens were below standard — not clean or fresh. The washroom was also in bad shape, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff seemed untrained and unable to provide proper service. If you’re looking for a decent and comfortable place to stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even basic expectations.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The Atrium Hotel gave us a room with a non-functional AC, fully aware of the issue. Despite repeated complaints, all we got were excuses and delays. It took three escalations to finally get any action — and that too for a problem they already knew existed! My kids were suffocating in that room, and the staff showed zero urgency or empathy. This kind of negligence is not just poor service — it’s a clear disregard for guest comfort and safety. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable or family-friendly stay. After changing 2 rooms and no AC working, I had no choice but to checkout at 11 pm midnight. It appears their management does not want to solve this on-going long unresolved AC issues. Their staff seems to be helpless.
