Karen at the front desk is one of the main reasons we keep coming here! She really is the cherry on top! Its rare to have great customer service now days and she goes beyond that! She's down to earth, friendly and amazingly helpful!! Our girls group vacations here every year! Its a beautiful location, beautiful rooms and chairs and umbrellas are included!! Can't wait to go this year!

Beautiful Hotel! We did a split stay here and we wish we would have just skipped the first half of our trip and stayed here the entire week. The room was amazing we had a lower level Gulf View 2 bedroom suite. We were a short walk across an empty parking lot to the beach entrance and they supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. (If we would have brought our kids they also had kids beach toys. We will be coming back and bringing them! ) The front desk staff were amazing, they were informative and made us feel like we were important to their hotel instead of being another room. We loved the location, it was a 2 minute walk straight up to the heart of the strip which we loved because it was so much more quieter when returning at 12-1am. The 5th floor pool and bar were perfect and the other guests we met there so nice and friendly. Our bartender made some fantastic drinks and was able to give us some great dinner recommendations. (I don't remember her name she had just started there 2 days before we got there but she was great!!) I would so recommend this pace and we are planning on going back with and with out our kiddos. The only thing I would love is to know what their pillows are. They are the pillow we have been looking for and trying to find in our lives.

4.7 stars. The value of this property is great. Just a few things I disliked that couldn't get it to a 5. Not enough hooks to hang things(towels and suits) in the bathroom, the wash machine was moldy and made the entire unit smell and the pool is too small with insufficient shade at the pool/poolside seating. 3 BD deluxe condo was a great choice. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. BEACH location is great! Staff is phenomenal, super nice, and we felt appreciated. Check in process was a little slow. Nightly parking fee is $35 which I thought was a rip off. We ended up saving approx 50% from that of a hotel cost for 5 days.
