The Avatar Hotel & Convention

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally comfortable and truly met all my expectations. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention to Kimberly from the Front Office, who was consistently courteous and took great care of all my needs with a warm, welcoming smile. Her attentiveness made my stay even more pleasant. I would like to thank her for accommodating me with a early check-in which was much needed after a exhausting over night flight.I truly appreciate the effort taken to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the Banquets team played a key role in ensuring the success of my meeting. Their professionalism and assistance in arranging everything seamlessly were greatly appreciated. I have been to The Avatar Hotel more than once for events. Their setup of the convention hall on the 3rd floor is great. It can be resized according to the guests expected. And also multiple events could be hosted at the same time. Their food and service is also very good. The food is tasty, and the people there are polite and good at what they do. They have a very professional way of handling things. The hotel is near the Central railway station, making commute very convenient.

Room, hot water, general look of the room was good. No window or balcony in the room. A makeshift window, when you open the curtain, it's just wall outside. So the feeling of comfort missing. This is the room alloted to us. Don't know about other rooms. Restaurant food was quite good.
