Went there for the Iftar buffet, and honestly, they did a great job. The place had a really good vibe, and the atmosphere felt perfect for the occasion — calm and welcoming. The food was delicious. Every dish was well-prepared, flavourful, and satisfying. You could actually feel the effort they put into making the spread worth it. Hospitality was on point too. The staff was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was smooth throughout. Overall, really loved this place. They got everything right — from food to service to the ambience. Would definitely visit again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was subpar, with visible signs of neglect in the rooms and common areas. The parquet flooring and bathroom tubes are outdated and clearly in need of renovation. The air conditioning units were also poorly maintained, struggling to cool the room effectively — a serious inconvenience in warmer weather. The food offered through room service was below average in both quality and taste. The in-room entertainment is far behind modern standards, with old TVs and no applications available to engage or entertain guests. Additionally, pest control appears to be irregular, and the gym facilities are in an appalling state — a far cry from what one would expect from even a mid-range hotel. The pool was not properly maintained, and there were no towels provided at the entrance, which added to the sense of disorganisation. Security was also a concern; there appears to be minimal control over guest conduct. I was disturbed by someone knocking on my door after midnight — an unsettling and unacceptable breach of privacy. In short, while the receptionists did their part professionally, the hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety standards fall far below acceptable levels. Significant improvements are needed across the board.
