Not stayed here before and was a last minute booking. The Hotel was in a lovely location, the room was clean and oh that bed! So comfortable. Breakfast was included and was really nice the staff were chatty and really attentive overall a lovely stay and my wife and I both agreed we would definitely stay again.
Fabulous bar area and restaurant. Very spacious. The staff were really friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good and so was the breakfast. Our room was quite small and got very hot at night, so would be worth paying extra for a larger room. However the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A lovely touch was the complimentary biscuits and bottle of water in the room. Great location for exploring the local area. Nice outside area. Would recommend.
Great place to eat or just relax with a drink. Old Pullman carriage on site which is now a lovely restaurant Service was great. Shame the supposedly large ploughman's lunch was so small. Very nice but not enough on the plate compared to other establishments in the area. Well worth a visit
