The Azure Qiantang a Luxury Collection Hotel Hangzhou

Title: Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views and Impeccable Service Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Azure Qiantang, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Hangzhou, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional service that continued throughout my stay. I was fortunate to receive an upgraded room which boasted a luxurious bathroom and a breathtaking view of the river – a sight that was truly a joy to wake up to each morning. The gym facilities were top-notch, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine in style. Speaking of routine, I want to extend a special thanks to the staff for going above and beyond in assisting me with my protein shake – a small detail that made a significant difference in my comfort. The culinary experience was exceptional, especially the food served at the rooftop restaurant. Each breakfast was a fantastic spread that set the tone for the day ahead. My only regret is not having spent a few more days to fully indulge in the offerings of Hangzhou and The Azure Qiantang. I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit. Until then, I’ll be reminiscing about the beautiful moments spent and the impeccable service received.

the view from my hotel room was absolutely fantastic, the breakfast options were amazing, and the view from the breakfast area (22nd floor) was fantastic as well. service was top tier

The room is so hot. They turn off the AC during winter and turn on the central heater for every room at 28 degrees Celsius. When I complained, they suggest that I open the window. Really disappointed for a five star luxury hotel.
