Very bad; When you check in you have to say what breakfast you want and at what time. The rooms are also very noisy. Then we ordered room service, food came and we had to pay right away. No, we are going to eat now and pay when we check out. After 5 minutes they came back that we had to pay right away; can't we just eat quietly????? Unbelievable, what pushy people. 1 star is still too much. They have my passport, my phone number; why are they so pushy after the money??? Toilet roll from the previous people was still there with a few sheets on it. If you have to cut back on that as a hotel, the financial situation of the hotel is very bad. In the morning we were woken up by a call about what time we wanted our breakfast. Breakfast was from 7 to 10, so why call??? We will come when we are awake, whether that is 8, 9 or a quarter to 10. Leave us alone! The breakfast menu also stated that we could choose between different types of eggs, unfortunately that was not offered to us, we got tea instead of coffee. We did not ask for anything. The entire hotel was empty by the way so why not give the guests who are there a free room upgrade to the most beautiful rooms with a view of the mountains? The only thing that seems to be important here is to receive the money as soon as possible and then you can get lost again. Worst hotel in Sumatra we have been to!
