Could not speak highly enough of the bale. The resort and accommodation speak for itself- absolutely exceptional. What really stands out is the most incredible service and staff. From front of house to chefs, to cleaners - quite literally every single staff member should be commended for the exemplary service provided. We loved our stay.

Staff are incredible with friendly service second to none. Add to this the great spa, gym, location close to the beach and amazing architecture that feels so unique and well thought out and you have the ingredients for a stay we'll never forget. Resturants are also a highlight with excellent selection of local and international dishes. We can't wait to go back.

Complimentary shuttle was on time and we were upgraded to a deluxe villa which was so spacious. Bed was really comfy, plenty of bottled water(didn't have to buy any),pool beautifully clean. Food in Faces restaurant was very good, service was great and 2 for 1 cocktails at the Tapas bar each night was very welcome. Special thanks to Wishnu and Cahya who always managed to seat me under a fan in the restaurant (it was extremely humid). Just wished we had realised there were so many steps from our villa up to the restaurant. Would certainly recommend staying here.
