I was here 6 months ago. The staff is very nice and helpful. We rented scooters at the hotel which worked perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. The locations is amazing. Very nearby the city, and also close to all the beautiful attractions. We loved it. Would very much recommend this place!
This hotel is one of the best where I have ever stayed. The rooms and staff were fantastic. The pool and restaurant are excellent. The location is handy to the Li River Cruise landing. (A few mins walk) and is also handy to the city (e.g. West Street) is about 2kms away. They have free loan bikes and have e-scooters for hire (USD9) I have to make a special mention of how friendly and helpful the staff are. Being unable to speak or read Chinese, they were a godsend for us. They helped us with issues around transport and booking tickets for Ruyi Peak (which I highly Recommend)
Loved this hotel/resort! Had a great (clean) room with a nice view of Village garden. We loved the food that they served at breakfast and tried several items off the dinner menu as well. Very good western food. Spent lots of time in the swimming pool. Very nice. The staff was so nice and spoke a little English. Would highly recommend this place and hope to go back again someday.
