We went to Banjaran with friends for a day pass. The place is absolutely beautiful! Very peaceful, among the nature and cliffs. There are 4 hot spring pools with different temperatures and we absolutely loved them. There are beautiful natural caves, swimming pool and a restaurant with delicious food. Highly recommend this place for a vacation!
Enjoyed my 1-night stay here. Very tranquil atmosphere with the lush green and beautiful caves. Must go Jeff’s cellar restaurant within the cave. Amazing experience to dine in a cave! Food and service were great! My room had a private onsen so it was just a relaxing time. Otherwise, the public tubs overlooking the hot spring lake look clean and chill too. Overall, you don’t feel like you are in Ipoh! Truly a retreat from the hustle and bustle, into the peaceful nature.
We stayed in the Garden Villa, and honestly, the experience was magical. The unit was stunning, the facilities were top-notch, and being surrounded by nature made it feel like a true escape. The welcome session was one of the warmest we've ever received — the staff and tour guide made us feel right at home from the very beginning. But unfortunately, the departure experience left a sour note. During check-out, our buddy driver simply dropped us at the lobby and left. We were left waiting, feeling confused and ignored — no one came over to assist or even check in with us. After finally sorting everything out ourselves, there was no offer to help with our luggage to the car, which was a stark contrast to the hospitality shown when we arrived. We genuinely love the place and would love to return — but the service at check-out really needs attention. First and last impressions matter. Please don’t let such a beautiful experience be overshadowed by a disappointing farewell.
