The Barn at Titley

I stayed here earlier this year and it is a hidden gem! The cottages have been finished to the highest standards and have everything you could possible need. From good quality cookware to a little welcome gift of the essentials you might need including delicious locally sourced butter. There will an even a dishwasher in the kitchen! The flooring in the dining room is one of my highlights. The bed has one of the best mattresses l've ever slept on and it goes without saying that the area is peaceful and has an amazing views. We also eat at the on-site restaurant for an evening meal and also for breakfast. The food is great! Really well presented and made with top notch ingredients. Our cottage also had a freestanding bath which is a nice touch for a romantic weekend away. Great staff and a stunning location means I will be visiting again in January 2024 to sample the new on-site pub. 10/10 for decor, comfort, service and food.

I found Penrhos after searching the local area for somewhere to house a film crew, Mark and Laura were the easiest people in hospitality to liaise with I've ever encountered. Informal and forever flexible - Which translates to I can be a bit tricky sometimes when trying to book accom for a team! The location is gorgeous, the food and drink was always good no matter who ate or what. The houses - Becauses that's what they felt like are glorious. The way they are dressed and prepared felt like you were staying in an up market home, rather than a self catering space. Then you have the history of the place, the stories that evokes and the echoes of who has been there which make it even more special. Mark opened up the Python Arms for a small group of us after shooting one day and playing a game of pool where Terry Jones used to brew beer was amazing. You will not be disappointed and we will be back, but next time for pleasure rather than work. It's too good not to!

Just returned from a two night stay at this wonderful accommodation. Finished to a really high standard clean relaxing well equipped. Lovely hosts and staff. Good breakfast in the restaurant, can’t wait for the pub to open) Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends (only gave four star on rooms because in the cottage number 4 the stairs to the bedroom are very steep, otherwise it would’ve been five star for everything)
