The hotel provides a reliable 24/7 car service that departs every 30 minutes, taking guests directly to Bab Baghdad. From there, after a brief 9-minute walk, visitors are greeted with a breathtaking view of the golden dome of Hazrat Abbas (peace be upon him). Designed with luxurious and contemporary architecture, Al Baron Hotel offers a wide range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. These include fully furnished and well-appointed guest rooms, an open buffet restaurant, several à la carte dining options, landscaped gardens, a children’s play area, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, coffee shop, complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry services, and modern elevators. This hotel is luxurious and comfortable, but unfortunately, the staff is not professional in dealing with guests. The housekeeping service closes at 5:00 p.m., and after that, no one cleans the rooms! in a 5-star hotel, they should be available 24 hours, although some 4-star hotels have that service all the day.

The service is not as expected. We paid for more than one room with extra beds and we didn’t receive the until 8pm. The rooms smell bad Bathrooms has used bottles of shampoo and body wash The amount we paid doesn’t make sense for the service we received Reception desk people need more training as they don’t pick up when you call and they hung up on you before you finish the sentence. I don’t recommend this hotel.
