We wanted a place full of character and history and we were not disappointed. The entrance hall is magnificent and so atmospheric.The staircase is out of this world with beautiful rooms around it. We had our evening meal at the hotel. The food was delicious and the portions were enormous. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. Same for breakfast. We asked Teresa if we could have a look at one of the rooms on the first floor by the gallery. She kindly showed us around. All and all, a wonderful place to stay and definitely in room 3.😊
Recently visited to attend an event hosted by Baskerville hall hotel. We utilised the camping facilities which were very well provisioned. The hosts were friendly. Beautiful grounds that we had the privilege to enjoy our sport from. I do hope that we may be welcome again sometime in the future.
Beautiful building situated in gorgeous grounds. The entrance hall and dining room are stunning, the bedroom however was very disappointing. Desperately in need of updating, very mismatched furniture/decor and worn carpet. There was old water and “bits” in the kettle and the olive green bathroom suite did not feel clean, for the price I would have expected at least some basic toiletries to be provided too
