The Bayview Hotel

Great Hotel and good location if you want to access to all places in Beirut I liked my stayed in Lebanon here in this hotel specially the view on the top you can eat your breakfast 🍳 and enjoying the view

Avoid. We had several missing items from our room and the management response was as unprofessional as you get; especially from the hotel manager and house keeping manager. We basically got robbed. The hotel did not take that matter seriously and waited for two days because it was a weekend and the management were out. After a week of following up and providing all the details all we got was an SMS from the hotel management claiming that we probably left the stuff at home! They also claimed that,we should put our stuff in a safe although the missing items included a perfume! We thought we were doing the right thing by trusting them rather than reporting it to the police on the spot. My advice is to avoid. There are many other similar affordable hotels in the same location and for sure safer and more professional in dealing with such issues.

This is the last time I will be staying at this hotel. I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated with the way a serious issue was handled. I left my room in the morning and returned later in the day to find that personal items had been stolen from my luggage. After carefully checking everything, it was clear that the theft had occurred during housekeeping hours — the only time someone had access to the room. What’s even more upsetting is the hotel’s complete lack of accountability. I reported the incident immediately, only to be told that the issue would be “raised to management” with no further explanation, follow-up, or meaningful support. There was no sense of urgency, no apology, no attempt to investigate or reassure me as a guest. I expected better from a hotel that claims to uphold hospitality standards. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
