The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Everyone was friendly, genuinely kind, and incredibly helpful. The back entrance to the beach made everything super convenient. Breakfast was five stars every single day. You won’t easily find a better hotel in a better location. Huge thanks to all the amazing staff for making our trip truly memorable.
The hotel staff was very helpful and specially Amy and Eye. My mother had knee surgery and they both made sure that she had best comfort throughout the stay... The ambience of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable with a large led screen and Ocean view from the room itself... The swimming pool, the billiard room, the lobby and were outstanding. The location of the hotel is superb with central pattaya mall within 200 metre and beach rd also at 2 min walking distance... Overall a stay one could remember over the years.... Eagerly waiting for my next trip to stay with Bayview...
I paid 2,800 baht per night expecting peace and quiet, but instead there was noise and chaos everywhere. From the first night, there was already loud noise from neighboring rooms late at night, so I asked to switch the next day. The next room was just as bad — constant banging, stomping, and slamming doors from all sides. The floor literally vibrated from heavy footsteps upstairs. It was relentless, not even 10 seconds of silence. Large tour groups were staying at the hotel, gathering loudly in the hallways and cramming into rooms. I ended up having to switch rooms twice, and one of them also had a strong musty, old furniture smell. Unfortunately, every room had serious problems. There’s no soundproofing at all, and the walls are paper thin. I had to sleep every night with noise-canceling headphones just to cope. At one point, I waited 10–15 minutes just to get into the elevator because 50+ people were lined up after I picked up food. There was no stair access, so I had no other option while my food got cold. When I went to retrieve my luggage (just 2 hours after leaving it), I had misplaced the ticket. The staff knew it was mine, it was the only bag there, and yet they still made a big issue out of it demanding that i check my bag again.. It felt unnecessary and awkward. The only positive was that the reception staff were polite and professional throughout. But the hotel itself is absolutely not worth the price. For half the money, you can find much better and quieter rooms elsewhere in Pattaya. You’re paying for the location, not for sleep, comfort, or quality of the rooms.
