Possibly the best experience in my life. The front is really patient and would like to support customers needs. The ocean view room is amazing. You can even have wagyu steak in the breakfast. The location is also perfect, the beach is just next to it. You can walk along the seaside any time you want.
I left my passports in the safe and moved to another hotel. They sent a staff to deliver me my passports without charging me additional fee. 🙏❤️ thank you so much to beach tower Okinawa!!!!
Very good holiday stay with my US husband , friendly staff and great hospitality. My Husband leftUS$900 in the safe. The hotel cleaning and management team is honest and is committed to customer services that they called us and to confirm the lost money and air ticket. The manager Yukiko Arihara called me in person and sent the whole sum of money back to us. I am deeply Impressed by their seneirty, honesty and committment to customer services which gives me a very good impression to this hotel and Okinawa. Last but not least, my deepest gratitude to the hotel management team and everyone who have helps out in handling the lost. We will come back again.
