Our stay at The Beach Tulum was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was top tier — warm, attentive, and always going the extra mile to make us feel special. The food was out of this world — every meal felt like a gourmet experience, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The suite itself? Unreal. Spacious, beautifully designed, and the ocean view was simply breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing, luxurious escape. This place exceeded every expectation, and we’re already dreaming about our next trip back. Highly recommend!
I’m in love with this place. Hotel was stunning! Food and location are amazing. However, the staff and their attentiveness has to be one of their biggest perks. Everyone is just so kind and caring. They always made sure my fiancé and I had everything we needed. Carla and Tomas were awesome bartenders. Honestly, the entire staff was wonderful!
To get upgraded just by coincidence to this amazing hotel was possibly the best birthday present I could have received!! The suite were moved to was unbelievable and fabulous! The entire staff was so warm and friendly, the ability to order room service right from whatsapp made things even more smooth. Complimentary breakfast at Ziggy's was delicious every day. I cannot wait for my next visit!!
