The Beetson Hotel

Lee-Ann is absolutely beautiful, she has the best work ethic and best customer service. We felt so comfortable and known through our experience. Would 100% recommend the bar, as there workers have the best attitude. Lee-Ann seems to navigate the restaurant in the right direction.

Great location. Room and bathroom are very attractive. However, the beautiful looking bathroom is not very functional. There was almost no water coming out of the shower. The vanity is very small with little space to put any personal items. The lighting over the mirror is useless. There is a hallway full length mirror but none of the hall lights are over the mirror so cant do makeup there either. It's a shame what seems like minor things were so annoying- decided it was too uncomfortable to wash hair so waited till I went home instead of luxuriating in the fancy looking bathroom.

Overnight stay for the footy, great location. Pros : fantastic shower in room very spacious, room is dark, noise was well kept out. Cons : worst bed and pillows not comfortable, noisy air con, lifts are touchy with your card. One big catch is the parking, it was full when we arrived for check in and had to park at The Barracks Carpark which is very expensive and not covered by Hotel, this was very disappointing!! Although the location was fantastic, we won't be rushing to go back and stay again.
