I stayed here for 4 days while visiting Israel. The hotel’s location is perfect, 2 minutes away from the beach, in a nice neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all the necessary things you may need. They also have a nice rooftop terrace with sun beds where you can relax. The staff is always nice, friendly and ready to help. Another positive thing for me, because I was working remotely, is the quiet of the Wi-Fi - I had no issues with it, it was pretty fast.
Nice warm boutique hotel by the Tel Aviv beach with friendly staff
Unfortunately my experience was bad starting from the first minutes in the checkin to the room cleanliness status. We arrived late due to flight delay and the lady from the night shift was the most inefficient and limited person I ever see working in this kind of job. Even the indications to park the car was an impossible mission to her (she didn't have driver license so she was unable to explain where was the park we just bought). This place doesn't have elevator which is only one small detail. The state of the cleanliness of my room was something that I was negatively surprised. Starting from the bad smell to the dust as you can see in the picture that I'm sharing. Everything in this place is outdated specially the furniture and the bathroom. One positive remark is to the lady on the morning shift that was very nice and polite. The breakfast was another unexpected experience. We got a ticket to go to another business in the other side of the street where we got mixed with external clients that were there buying random things for their breakfast. We ended getting a breakfast menu but sitting was a challenge due to how busy that place was. My feeling is that the price/quality relation is not adequate.
