A Truly Luxurious Stay in the Heart of London Staying at this stunning hotel was nothing short of fabulous. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service, attention to detail, and overall elegance of the property. The hotel itself is absolutely breathtaking—like stepping into a palace. The decor features exquisite old-world charm, with grand marble accents, classic paintings, and ornate architectural details that add to its timeless beauty. The rooms are just as impressive, beautifully designed with both comfort and sophistication in mind. Photos hardly do it justice. Room service was excellent, offering delicious food delivered promptly and with care. The amenities in the room were thoughtful and luxurious, enhancing the entire experience. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and attentive, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient. Just a two-minute walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station, which serves the Piccadilly, District, and Circle lines, getting around London was a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in London. We can’t wait to return.

This luxury hotel in the heart of London was a delight to be in. It added a touch of class to my friend's birthday celebration. The food was great and the service was excellent. 5he staff were very attentive, courteous and helpful. Lovely amenities too. Great experience overall.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels in London, and our five-night stay there was fabulous. Everything was great- excellent staff, food for room service, massage at the spa, the amenities of the room and most of all the breathtaking decor. The hotel looks like a palace, with magnificent old school detailing, marble, paintings and more. So are the rooms. Just look the photos and you’ll be amazed. The hotel is two minutes from the useful Gloucester Road Underground Station, having Piccadilly, District and Circle lines services.
