Our family stayed at this hotel for 10 days and we had a great time. Rooms are spacious and breakfast buffet is great. Wide assortment of menu and staff are very respectful. Our server, Emma, did a great job in attending to our needs while having breakfast. We have two small kids and having a lot of mess in our table, thankfully, Emma is there to assist us which made us comfortable and enjoy our breakfast meals.

We loved our stay at the hotel with our group of 11 people. The service was great, very accommodating staffs. The room was spacious however shower was a bit slippery and floor can be swept better. There is a mall attached to the hotel, not very impressive since majority of the stalls were closed. Major malls are all within walking distance with many food options. We will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel itself is okay. Breakfast is decent, but the service could be a bit faster — at times, you have to wait too long just to get a table. The rooms could also be cleaned more thoroughly. It feels like they quickly tidy things up without actually changing essentials like bedsheets, which is something you would expect from a five-star hotel. What really disappointed me, however, is the hotel’s partnership with the tour company “Bangkok Tours.” This company is not trustworthy — they charge unreasonably high prices and the experience feels more like a tourist trap. It’s unfortunate that the hotel chooses to work with a partner like this and doesn’t take more responsibility in ensuring transparent and reliable service for its guests. I wanted to give this hotel five stars, but due to their association with such a tour company, I can only give three. When a hotel gives a platform to such businesses, it shares the responsibility for guests being overcharged. I hope the management reconsiders this partnership and prioritizes guest protection and honest service.
