Some of the pictures on other reviews make these rooms look TINY! I am here to tell you they are not. For a high rise hotel in the heart of midtown Manhattan, these rooms are perfect. Very clean, great shower. Cleaning service everyday did a great job. Balcony's are a really cool addition to the experience. Love that you need a room key to access the elevator and the front doors close at 11pm and a room key needed to get in. They partner with a nearby gym to get day passes which I thought was very thoughtful. We didn't use this perk as we were on the move for 3 days being tourist but wanted to throw it out there for others to ask if you chose to stay here. Highly recommend this hotel if your looking to stay in midtown.

We stayed here for the 4th of July holiday weekend and it was great! Love the location, as it is convenient but not over crowded. Hotel staff were super nice and accommodating, rooms were cute and cozy. They are small but it's NYC and we weren't expecting anything bigger. Bathroom has heated floors which was a really nice touch. Also, loved having a balcony. Overall it was a great hotel, especially for a weekend trip. I'd stay here again!

Great staff, good hotel & room, even though there’s no in house facilities. Roof terrace is pretty small but offers okay views across 47th ave. Our shower had some kind of leaky seal, and water would get out onto the floor but it was manageable. The worst thing by far is the breakfast. It’s through the restaurant in the same building, Allora. They do a force 20% “tip” post-tax period, take out or dine-in doesn’t matter (I get why they’re so empty all the time now). And the “tip” portion falls outside your credit too. Completely ruins the hotel’s name, and I’ll probably never stay here again because of it. They need to cut ties with the restaurant.
