The reception, attention and information were perfect. We don't come across such devoted staff (Barış Bey) very often. The hotel is located very close to the center and Uludağ. You can see a wonderful Bursa city view from the rooms. All the staff are polite and smiling. The cleanliness is also at a reasonable level, but I think the hotel is old and there are signs of wear on the materials. However, the bed comfort is quite good and comfortable. The internet connection speeds are also successful.
The rooms were pretty clean and had no mess and the service was absolutely amazing you need to visit this hotel and its for last minute hotel pretty good 10/10 mus recommend
