Amazing hotel! I was extremely taking care of during the entire week of my stay. They made my birthday extra special with thoughtful gestures throughout the day starting from breakfast and even at the pool. Spa staff is amazing even though the area should be a bit bigger. Same goes for pool staff, hair salon and the Foutain, they were all extremely kind and caring. 10/10 will definitely be back and can only recommend!
This iconic hotel was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had. From the moment we drove up the beautiful driveway the bellman greeted us so kindly. We were checked in by Louis (hope I spelled his name right--from France) and I'm not sure I've ever had anyone as kind as him at a check in experience. He ensured we had top service and went over every amenity and took us to our beautiful room. The room: gorgeous. The Fountain Room: so much history with great breakfast to match. The Polo Lounge, service and food...amazing. Of course! The grounds were gorgeous I woke up early just to walk around to soak it all in. I didn't get the chance to visit the spa this time but I can only imagine it to be heavenly. Thank you Beverly Hills Hotel. For such a special stay. And shout out to Louis! We are grateful.
The Beverly Hills Hotel is one of the most iconic places to visit. Not knowing how much access to the hotel would be available without a room reservation we gave it a try. We were able to visit restaurants and shopping. We had lunch at a poolside café and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The staff encountered were top shelf with being friendly and knowledgeable of places we could explore.
