Luxury at its finest ! We loved it, very elegant and iconic. I love the water bottles they give and you can freshly refill. The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. I highly recommend and will come back . We definitely felt spoiled !!!

I recently stayed at The Beverly Hilton and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel blends timeless Hollywood glamour with modern comfort. The lobby is elegant, and the overall ambiance feels upscale without being stuffy. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a great view. What truly stood out was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and eager to help—from the front desk to the valet. The pool area is iconic and relaxing, and the fitness center was clean and well-equipped. I also appreciated the hotel’s proximity to Rodeo Drive and other Beverly Hills highlights. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers who want a touch of classic LA luxury.

I booked a one-night stay at The Beverly Hilton for the LA Marathon, expecting a smooth and comfortable experience, given the hotel’s reputation. Unfortunately, my stay fell short in several areas. Check-in & Valet: The valet process was extremely slow, disorganized, and lacked efficiency or urgency. It took an unnecessarily long time to get through, which set the tone for the stay. Late Checkout Issues: Knowing I would need extra time post-marathon, I requested a late checkout and was given 1 PM. However, after speaking with two other marathon runners who received 2 PM checkouts, I called back the next morning and was again told 1 PM—only after mentioning the other guests’ experiences did they extend it to 2 PM. This lack of consistency was frustrating. Room Cleanliness & Amenities: Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a dirty rag on the floor in front of the dresser. Additionally, there was no soap in the dispenser, which is unacceptable for a luxury hotel at this price point. Customer Service: Upon checkout, I requested to speak with a manager, but the concierge said they had stepped away for a break. I shared my concerns, and they assured me the manager would call to address them. It has now been two days, and I have yet to receive any follow-up. Overall, for a high-end hotel, the service and attention to detail were disappointing. The lack of responsiveness and inconsistent guest treatment do not reflect the standards expected at The Beverly Hilton. I hope they address these issues to improve future guest experiences.
