Front desk is friendly , room was spacious, staff were pet friendly. Location is superb. Buffet spread was limited, they can do better with the breakfast spread. Food in general was above average.
Brilliant experience overall. Stunning location with beach views and sound of waves crashing from the room balcony. Watching sunrises sitting by the 5th floor swimming pool has been my favourite during my long stay. Staff are incredible. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Specially taking care of me when I fell sick because of international travel from NZ. The chefs prepare a huge variety of delicious food and service staff took care of me before and after a long day of work. A1 service skills. The reception staff were extremely patient and communication during the booking process has been crystal clear. Big thanks to Yona, Shri Lakshmi, Sumati, Balaji, Uday, Prashant, Bhaskar, Chef Naidu, Sahoo and many many more !! Highly recommend !!
I had the super yummy Japanese food. The service given by Bhaskar, Hasini and Sai Shree was fantastic. Thank you to the Novotel was such beautiful experience. I loved the room and the view was mesmerising. Me, my wife and my daughter had great time.
